About the beans and the roaster:
This is Fauve’s second time featuring a coffee from Gold Mountain coffee growers. They’re a micro lot farm in Nicaragua who do things as ethically as possible and produce many award winning crops. This coffee carries sweet citrus notes and has a silky almost lactic body, creating a smooth finish. Here at Fauve we strive to bring people coffees that make them rethink how coffee should taste. Offering bright, funky and experimental roasts that keep people guessing.
